Role Description The Senior Accounts Executive will manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities, including handling accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing, and overseeing collections.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting audits, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and improving financial processes and controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram.
Qualifications
Robust skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of local taxation, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications
