The Sourcing Specialist,



Product Development – Home Bedding & Bath supports supports execution of the end-to-end sourcing and product development lifecycle for the Home Bedding & Bath categories, ensuring alignment with Ralph Lauren standards, seasonal timelines, quality expectations, and business objectives.
Manage sample development process in order to ensure that samples are developed accurately to secure orders. Ensure costing, negotiations, time action plan | Work closely with factory to ensure all production production/ops related activities are secured well on time to secure 100% Ontime.
Should have valuable knowledge and understanding of Home Bedding & Bath Products.

Responsible for sample develop and secure sample proto to SRS for Bedding & Bath Category.
Ensure base testing is carried out for fabrics and raw materials and work closely with Raw Material team for approval
Carryout/ revise costing and negotiate prices with suppliers - Understand product
