About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Indore.
This role is ideal for a fresher or candidate with 1+ year of experience who has excellent English communication skills, a strong learning attitude, and an interest in B2B sales and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Conduct cold outreach and consistent follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Maintain lead information and follow-ups using CRM/sales tools.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.




Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, consistent, and willing to learn.
Comfortable with calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or IT/software sales are preferred.
Prior IT experience is an advantage but not mandatory for strong freshers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
