Rajwa & Epiphany (R&E;) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives across our Intellectual Properties (IPs), events, brand experiences, and art installations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the events, experiential marketing, creative, design, and cultural industries, along with a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across brands, corporates, agencies, and relevant industry sectors.
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and client acquisition.
Develop and manage business opportunities for the company's IPs, events, experiential projects,



and art installations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, pitches, and commercial discussions.
Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership decks.
Manage the complete business development and sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
Work closely with the creative, design, production, and operations teams to develop commercially viable and impactful solutions.
Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and potential strategic collaborations.
Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and client engagements.
Develop and execute business development strategies in line with the company's growth objectives.
