Have a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, brand style, and tonality.
Be comfortable experimenting with new content formats and taking creative risks.
Bring strong ideation for campaigns, shoots, launches, events,



and real-time content.
Be hands-on and excited to work closely with designers, creators, videographers, and the larger team.
Balance creativity with strategy, ensuring that great ideas also contribute to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
Conceptualize creative campaigns, content ideas, and storytelling frameworks.
Develop strong hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, and content messaging.
Ensure consistency in the brand's voice, tonality, communication style, and visual identity.
Stay updated with emerging trends and translate relevant trends into meaningful brand content.
