Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who can manage client accounts end to end and confidently handle day-to-day client communication.
You will work directly with US-based clients, understand their business, products, Amazon account setup, priorities, and ongoing requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution across listings, catalog, inventory, operations, account health, reporting, and other marketplace activities.
This is a client-facing role, so robust communication skills and prior experience working with international clients are essential. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify issues, advise clients, follow up internally, and make sure things get resolved properly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Amazon client accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned US-based clients.
Onboard new clients and understand their products, business goals, Amazon setup, and priorities.
Handle regular client calls, emails, meetings, updates, and follow-ups.
Support clients in growing their Amazon business by advising on sales strategy, marketing opportunities, promotions, product positioning, and ways to improve account performance.
Maintain a clear understanding of ongoing activities across each client account.
Coordinate with internal teams handling catalog, listings, inventory, operations, analytics, finance, and support.
Monitor product listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment, returns, account health, and seller performance.
Identify account-related or operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
Track pending tasks and ensure client requests and internal commitments are completed on time.
Keep clients updated on progress, issues, performance, and next steps.
