Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, market penetration, and business development for the Field Crops and Vegetable Seeds portfolio within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distribution networks, strengthening customer relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and providing technical support to channel partners and growers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Field Crops and Vegetable Seeds.
Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize market share and revenue growth.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned geography.
Drive product demand generation activities among farmers, retailers, distributors, and influencers.

Channel Management

Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers,



and retail partners.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, secondary sales, and market coverage.
Ensure effective inventory management and timely product availability across the territory.
Strengthen relationships with channel partners to improve market penetration.

Farmer Engagement & Demonstrations

Organize field demonstrations, crop days, farmer meetings, and product trials.
Create awareness and promote product benefits among farmers and key influencers.
Provide agronomic and product-related guidance to customers and partners.
Collect farmer feedback and share market insights with the product and marketing teams.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
Generate regular market intelligence reports and recommend appropriate business strategies.
Identify potential opportunities for introducing new products and technologies.
