As an Executive in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Outbound department, you will play a
crucial role in driving the company's business forward. Your primary focus will
be on developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and
satisfaction, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the
department and the company as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to engage with customers
and prospects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs
are met and exceeded.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the
company's client base.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outbound efforts with
overall business objectives.
* Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of
the curve.
* Conduct thorough research and provide valuable insights to support

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical

QUALIFICATIONS
