Role Profile
The Business Analyst and Tester is responsible for business analysis and quality assurance activities across reporting, Salesforce, and connected applications within the Business Operations function at LLI. The successful candidate will be a business-minded technology skilled with excellent communication,



stakeholder management, analytical, and delivery skills.
The role combines end-to-end business analysis with hands-on quality assurance, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, solutions are delivered to meet business needs, and changes are thoroughly tested before release.
The position is responsible for owning the requirements lifecycle, from engaging stakeholders to understand business needs through to creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and test scenarios for developers and delivery teams. The role is also responsible for planning and executing QA testing activities, coordinating user acceptance testing, identifying and managing defects, and ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested, accepted by users, and aligned to business priorities before release.
