Role Profile
The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for improving the quality, consistency, and reliability of data across Salesforce and related business systems, helping to ensure reporting, dashboards, and business decisions are based on trusted information.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented,



business-minded data professional with robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, they will identify data quality issues, carry out data cleansing and validation activities, monitor adherence to data standards, and support the ongoing improvement of data governance practices.
The role supports the delivery of a structured data quality and governance programme, initially focused on core Salesforce data and related business systems. Responsibilities include monitoring data quality, investigating and resolving issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to establish trusted datasets that underpin reporting and analytics across the organisation. Over time, the role will also support data enrichment initiatives that improve the completeness, accuracy, and value of business information.
