Role Description The Executive Chef will lead the culinary operations for Cosmos Hotels & Resorts in Indore, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation across restaurant, banquet, and in-room dining services. This full-time,



on-site role includes managing kitchen staff, setting performance standards, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines. The Executive Chef will collaborate with hotel leadership to design and execute menus that reflect the brand’s focus on curated dining experiences, including sattvik and multi-cuisine offerings. Daily responsibilities include inventory control, cost management, vendor coordination, and maintaining consistency in taste and service. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, implementing standard operating procedures, and contributing to new culinary concepts that enhance guest satisfaction and support the property’s revenue goals.
