About Soket AI
Soket is an AI research firm headquartered in Bengaluru with a mission to build productive and generalised intelligence for humanity. We are focused on advancing frontier AI research through the development of large-scale foundation models in math, code and reasoning that are open, energy-efficient, multilingual, and responsible by design. Funded and supported by the IndiaAI Mission, Government of India. Workloads you would be involved in




Serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for the CEO and Co-founder, keeping executive workflows synchronized across locations.
Manage high-velocity executive calendars, schedule multi-stakeholder meetings, and resolve complex scheduling bottlenecks across time zones and office locations.
Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics (flights, local transit, accommodations) across key hubs including Bengaluru HQ, Gandhinagar, and Delhi.
Triage and manage incoming technical correspondence, research collaboration requests, and executive communications from academic partners, government bodies, and cloud/hardware infrastructure providers.
Assist in operational workflows surrounding compute and dataset initiatives, tracking deliverables for IndiaAI Mission grants, GPU cluster provisioning timelines, and team milestones.
Prepare executive briefings, presentation decks, and meeting notes that
