Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – Building Materials – DOORS is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales of doors and related building materials across the assigned region. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and managing key accounts such as builders,



architects, contractors, and distributors. The Regional Sales Manager will set and achieve regional sales targets, prepare and present proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and regularly visit project sites and client offices. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and delivery, and preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts. The manager will lead local sales initiatives, support channel partners, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Strong regional sales and business development capabilities in building materials or related industries, with experience handling doors or interior products.
