Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant / Manager with a solid background in Asset Tagging, Geo-Tagging, Fixed Asset Register (FAR), Barcode/QR Code Solutions, GIS and Asset Management Projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, hands-on implementation of asset management and GIS projects, and experience in Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, prepare proposals, and drive projects from lead generation to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate business opportunities for Asset Tagging, Geo-Tagging, FAR, Barcode/QR Code and GIS solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with Government, PSU, Corporate and institutional clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, RFP/EOI responses, presentations and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for project planning and execution.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, presentations and project discussions.




Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to order closure and project handover.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, AMC and additional projects.
Maintain sales pipeline and business development reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Engineering, GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Asset Tagging, Geo-Tagging, Fixed Asset Register, GIS/Survey or Barcode/QR Code implementation projects, including Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
Knowledge of GIS, GPS, Barcode/QR Code, RFID and digital asset management solutions preferred.
Experience with Government/PSU tenders, RFPs, EOIs and proposal preparation preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, client management and business networking skills.
