About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering/Data Analytics Trainer with deep hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Data Stack, Python-based ETL frameworks, and Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming learners into industry-ready data professionals through practical labs, live projects, and mentorship — covering the full spectrum from data pipeline engineering to analytical reporting and visualization.

Experience
3-4 Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality,



hands-on training sessions across Data Engineering and Data Analytics domains.
Guide students through labs, real-world projects, and capstone scenarios spanning both engineering and analytical workloads.
Continuously update course materials and integrate the latest AI-augmented tools and techniques.
Mentor students on project execution, certification preparation, and placement readiness.
Evaluate learner performance through labs, assessments, and internal evaluation interviews.
Collaborate with other trainers and Qubiqon Consulting for live project integration across engineering and analytics tracks.
Foster skilled growth in communication, teamwork, data storytelling, and client etiquette.

Preferred Skills
Data Engineering
Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, SQL, and Python (Pandas / PySpark).
