Key Accountabilities:
Lead day-to-day operations to deliver service levels, quality standards,



productivity expectations and customer outcomes.
• Maintain a solid operating rhythm covering huddles, performance reviews, coaching, workflow, capacity and leave planning.
• Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, risk controls, access management, mandatory learning and evidence requirements.
• Build team capability through coaching, feedback, knowledge management and structured cross-skilling.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, address root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change delivery, process stabilization and readiness activities across people, process, risk and technology.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve dependencies and communicate performance, risks and improvement actions.
• Promote colleague engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and a culture of ownership, accountability and safe operations.
