The Chance
Qualicentric runs an established US bookkeeping and accounting delivery practice — a team of roughly ten accountants handling bookkeeping, month-end close, and reporting for US small and mid-market clients. The practice works, and now we want to level it up: tighten the operating engine, raise the quality bar, and build the structure to scale it several times over.
We are also moving the wider firm toward an outcome-based, fixed-fee model powered by automation and AI — a shift away from the headcount-based offshore norm. This role sits at the centre of both: stabilise and strengthen what exists today, then build the bigger, smarter practice of tomorrow.

Who We're Looking For
Someone who has personally run a comparable US bookkeeping / accounting delivery practice in a KPO or outsourcing environment — not just managed a team, but owned the quality, economics, and growth of a book of US clients. You bring deep, hands-on US accounting expertise, the operational instinct to run a tight delivery engine, and the leadership to build one that scales.

What You'll Own
Delivery & Quality
Own end-to-end delivery for the US bookkeeping & accounting book — quality, accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence across bookkeeping, month-end close, and reporting.
Run delivery governance: capacity planning, resource allocation, utilization, WIP, and quality reviews, with clear performance metrics.
Surface and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and scope issues early — maintaining a zero-surprise culture with clients and internally.
Own the practice's operational economics — utilization, realization, and profitability, not just output.
