Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries and customer calls.
Contact and follow up with leads from different channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, application, and purchase intent.
Qualify leads and identify genuine sales prospects.
Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.
Provide basic product information and coordinate for technical queries.
Conduct video calls with customers when required.
Follow up with qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for quotations, site visits, or further assistance.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
