Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day production activities, coordinate with labour and internal teams, ensure quality and timely manufacturing of furniture products, and support smooth execution of production plans.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations
Plan and monitor daily production activities as per work orders
Coordinate with carpenters and production labour for task allocation
Ensure production schedules are followed to meet delivery timelines

Quality Control
Monitor product quality during different production stages
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, measurements, and finishes
Reduce rework, wastage, and production errors

Material & Resource Coordination
Coordinate with purchase and store teams for material availability
Track material usage and report shortages or excess
Support basic production planning and cost con
