Key Responsibilities
Production Operations: Operating and maintaining machinery and assembly line equipment.
Assembly & Fabrication: Assembling products, parts, or components based on specific guidelines.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished products and raw materials for defects.
Packaging & Shipping: Packaging finished goods and preparing them for shipment.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and protected workstation, following safety guidelines, and reporting hazards.




Goal Tracking: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.Requirements & Skills
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in quick-paced environments.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools.

Communication: Reporting issues to supervisors and working as part of a team.
