Job Title: Billing Executive (E-commerce & Logistics)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate invoices for e-commerce and logistics operations
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Reconcile billing data with internal systems and reports
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for discrepancy resolution
Ensure timely billing and follow-up on pending invoices
Handle MIS reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing (preferably in e-commerce or logistics)
Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Valuable understanding of billing processes and documentation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication skills
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
