Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact individuals and to pitch banking products.
Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries.
Follow up consistently to ensure conversations.
Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information.
Schedule call-backs where necessary and take timely follow ups’
Excellent written & verbal communication skills preferred.
Confident, Energetic, and positive convincing ability on calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Valuable listening skills and customer handling attitude.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
