Full-Time Cafe Staff - Chai Café (Yapral, Sainikpuri)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time staff member for our current chai café in Yapral, Sainikpuri. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve items such as Tea, Coffee, Lassi, Mojitos, Milkshakes, and Ice Cream as per the standard recipes.
Undergo 1-week training and ensure consistent taste and quality in every item to encourage repeat customers.
Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring every customer is served with a positive attitude and professionalism.
Greet customers warmly, interact politely, and build a friendly relationship with regular visitors.
Handle daily shop opening and closing activities, including setup and shutdown procedures.
Ensure the café is always clean, organized, and hygienic.




Perform basic cleaning tasks such as wiping counters, cleaning tables, and maintaining overall shop neatness.
Wash utensils, glasses, and equipment regularly and keep the workspace tidy.
Monitor stock levels and inform the owner about low inventory or restocking needs.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and speed of service.

Requirements:
Willingness to learn and follow recipes accurately.
Positive attitude and positive communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
