Key Responsibilities:
Manage & support multiple store operations.
Taking calls on Centralized number & monitor reviews.:
Ensure excellent customer service & resolve complaints
Train and guide store teams
Monitor sales, inventory, costs & operational standards
Conduct store audits, stock checks & variance analysis
Ensure SOP, food safety & SOD/EOD compliance
Coordinate with Accounts & Area Managers for monthly reporting
Travel regularly between stores/locations
