Job title : Dental clinic manager

Job summary: The dental clinic manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent patient care and smooth administrative functioning. This role involves managing staff, handling patient relations, maintaining compliance and supporting the clinic's financial performance.

Key responsibilities
Clinic operations management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.

Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene and infection control standards

Coordinates with dentist, hygienist and support staff
Staff management

Recruit,train,and supervise clinic staff

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Foster a positive and professional work workplace
Patient experience

Ensure high quality patient service and satisfaction

Handle patient inquires, complaints and feedback





Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Financial& Administrative Duties

Manage billing, payments and insurance processing monitor clinic expenses and revenue.

Prepare financial reports and assit with budgeting

Maintain inventory of duty supplies and equipment
Compliance &safety;

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Maintain proper documentation and licenses

Implement safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
