Job Title:Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The role involves interacting with parents and assisting them with inquiries.

Location:DPS Sector 67A, Gurugram (approximately 30 minutes from Millenium City Centre or Sector 54 Gurugram metro station)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school inquiries.
Provide accurate information about programs, facilities, and procedures.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills.:
Robust interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using communication systems and technology.:
Detail-oriented and organized.:
Previous experience in telecommunication or customer service is a plus.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (freshers/graduates welcome).:
Familiarity with telecommunication equipment and systems.

Compensation

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
