About the RolenMN Engineering Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Controls Engineering & Digital Twin to lead our Controls Engineering, Industrial Automation, Digital Twin and IIoT projects.
nThe ideal candidate will be a technically hands-on leader with solid experience in industrial automation, PLC/SCADA systems, IT/OT integration and Digital Twin solutions. The role involves leading a team of approximately 7 members, managing end-to-end project execution, and working closely with management and US clients.
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Lead end-to-end Controls Engineering, Automation, Digital Twin and IIoT projects.n
Design and optimize machine, process and equipment architectures based on customer requirements.n
Lead PLC programming, troubleshooting, HMI and SCADA implementation.n
Manage PLC-to-robot and industrial automation integration.n




Lead equipment installation, commissioning and technical troubleshooting.n
Analyze customer IT/OT/IIoT settings and develop digital solutions.n
Lead Digital Twin, IIoT, data integration and real-time analytics initiatives.n
Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.n
Conduct technical discussions, design reviews and solution presentations with customers.n
Support sales/business development teams during solution development.n
Lead, mentor and technically guide a team of approximately 7 engineers.n
Ensure project quality, timelines and successful end-to-end delivery.n
Coordinate with management, engineering teams, OEMs and customers.n
