Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Perform dimensional, visual, and performance testing of cables and wires.
Operate and maintain quality testing equipment (e.g., HV & CR).
Schedule and perform calibration of QC equipment.
Coordinate with Production/Dispatch teams & resolve customer complaints
Investigate non-conformance issues and prepare RCA & CAPA reports.
Maintain records, quality data, and documentation (CabPro, ISO, etc.).
Generate weekly/monthly QC analysis reports.
Prepare test reports, certificates, and technical drawings.
Provide technical support to the Sales team.
Train junior QC staff and maintain inspection SOPs.
Present QC progress in DOM/WOM/MOM/YOM meetings.
Prepare daily To-Do lists and strategy sheets (SWOT analysis).
Handle HR lifecycle activities like recruitment, training, appraisal, and exit process improvements.
