Position Overview

Soni Sapphire is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support the Packaging Department. The role involves maintaining accurate records of packaging activities, inventory updates, and ensuring timely data management to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update packaging data in systems with high accuracy
Maintain records of stock movement, packaging details, and dispatch entries
Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure real-time data updates
Verify data for errors and ensure completeness and correctness
Generate basic reports for inventory and packaging status
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
Assist in tracking daily packaging output and discrepancies

Requirements:




Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets:
Good typing speed and accuracy
Robust attention to detail
Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in data entry or operations (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹18,500 per month (based on experience)
PF & ESIC as per company policy

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
