Key Responsibilities
Attend customer calls and provide support in Marathi and English.
Handle inquiries related to CCTV products, installation, and services.
Coordinate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending cases.
Provide skilled and timely responses to customer concerns.
Explain product features and service details to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Marathi and basic English/Hindi.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer support or telecalling is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,367.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
