Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Design and decorate custom cakes as per customer requirements.
Develop recent recipes and seasonal menu items.
Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and bulk orders

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
Robust knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, fondant work, and icing.
Creativity in designing customized cakes.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Team player with valuable communication skills.
