Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer - Loan & Credit Care is responsible for handling customer queries related to loans and credit products, ensuring smooth processing, and providing end-to-end support. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, timely resolution, and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to loans, EMIs, and credit products
Provide information on interest rates, repayment schedules, and charges
Resolve customer complaints and service requests efficiently
Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
Ensure compliance with KYC and company policies
Support collection reminders and payment follow-ups (if required)

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹9,749.06 - ₹31,104.64 per month
