Key Responsibilities:
Teach computer fundamentals to students of Classes I-V, engagingly and practically.
Introduce students to basic concepts such as computer parts, MS Office tools, internet usage, and digital safety.
Use smart classroom tools, activity-based learning, and visual aids to enhance understanding.
Foster creativity and logical thinking through basic coding activities (Scratch or similar platforms).
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
Maintain accurate student records, report cards, and academic documentation.
Ensure discipline and proper usage of computer lab resources.
Actively participate in school events, workshops, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.
Ensure upkeep and basic maintenance coordination of computer lab equipment.
Eligibility Criteria (As per CBSE Norms):
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications (BCA)
OR
Graduation in any discipline with a recognized Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications
Professional Qualification:
D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed.
OR
B.Ed. (preferred)
Mandatory Requirement:
CTET qualified (Paper I - Primary Level)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations
Basic knowledge of coding tools like Scratch will be an added advantage
