Key Responsibilities:
Understand student profiles, career goals, and eligibility to recommend suitable courses and universities.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Explain program details including eligibility, fee structure, university recognition (UGC-DEB), duration, and learning mode.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM or lead management systems.
Achieve individual and team enrollment targets on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Stay updated on online education trends, university offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
