Branch Manager - Jewellery Industry

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall showroom operations effectively.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Supervise showroom staff and monitor daily activities.
Maintain stock management, inventory control, and product safety.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and day-end closing procedures.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and operational updates.
Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of employees.
Monitor gold rate updates and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Required Skills:
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
Valuable knowledge of jewellery products,



schemes, and retail operations.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Computer knowledge and billing software experience preferred.

Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
Additional retail management experience will be an advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
