Job Title: Kitchen Hand & Dishwasher

Job Summary:
Olegio Restaurant is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hand & Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen while assisting chefs and kitchen staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces
Assist with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping, peeling, portioning ingredients)
Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices
Restock kitchen supplies and assist in inventory handling
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required




Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Solid work ethic and attention to cleanliness
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
