We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to handle inventory, billing, and daily operations in our gemstone beads business.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records (inward/outward stock)
Handle daily billing and order entries
Coordinate with:
Photographer (for product shoots)
Ecommerce executive (Etsy listings)
Ensure proper product tracking and labeling
Assist in basic operations during busy days

Requirements:Organisedowledge of Excel and billing software
Organised and responsible personality
Willingness to learn about gemstones
Preference: Experience in jewelry / gemstones / handicrafts
