Instruction & Lesson Planning: Design, prepare, and deliver structured, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school's curriculum.
Classroom Management: Create a protected, positive, and inclusive workplace while maintaining discipline and encouraging student participation.
Student Assessment: Continuously monitor student progress, create question papers/assessments, maintain report cards, and provide targeted feedback.
Holistic Development: Integrate hands-on activities, arts, sports, and music to foster early childhood development.
Parent Communication: Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss academic progress, behavior, and learning strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
