About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage CNC Router and Multi Boring machines efficiently
Read and understand production drawings, cutlists, and job cards
Set up machines, tools, and materials as per production requirements
Ensure accurate cutting, drilling, and machining as per specifications
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for quality and accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain production quality standards and minimize wastage
Coordinate with production supervisors and quality teams to meet deadlines
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain daily production records and machine logs
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC Router and Multi Boring machines:
Experience in interior / furniture / modular manufacturing is mandatory
Valuable knowledge of machining processes, tools, and materials (ply, MDF, boards, laminates, etc.)
Ability to read technical drawings and cutlists
Solid focus on quality, accuracy, and productivity
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure
Team player with a responsible and disciplined work attitude
Experience in interior factories or modular furniture units
Familiarity with production software / CNC programs is an added advantage
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
