Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to cleaning service inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cleaning services such as home cleaning, apartment cleaning, villa cleaning, sofa cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and deep cleaning.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with operations teams for timely execution.
Provide accurate information on service details, pricing, availability, and ongoing offers.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, bookings, complaints, and feedback in CRM or tracking systems.
Address customer complaints or service issues professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
Assist in handling rescheduling, cancellations, and service modifications as per company policy.
Work closely with field teams and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:



12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in customer support, call center, or service coordination is preferred.
Robust communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi preferred).
Valuable interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems, MS Excel, or booking software.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently and calmly.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
Experience in home services, cleaning services, or facility management industry is an added advantage.
