We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executivewho will be responsible for end-to-end individual sales performance. This role is focused purely on sales calling, lead conversion, and achieving individual targets
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients
Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective follow-ups
Meet and exceed assigned individual sales targets:
Attend internal sales meetings and provide regular updates
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Build robust relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales calling and lead conversion
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented workplace
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
