Your Current Role
The Vendor Master Data Manager is responsible for the governance, accuracy, integrity, and lifecycle management of vendor (supplier) master data across the enterprise. This role ensures that vendor data supports productive financial operations, regulatory compliance, risk management,



and strategic sourcing by maintaining high data quality standards and consistent processes across systems and regions.

The Vendor Master Data Manager acts as the central point of accountability for vendor data, partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, IT, Tax, and Internal Audit to enable timely and accurate vendor onboarding, maintenance, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Master Data Oversight
Own and manage end-to-end vendor master data lifecycle, including creation, modification, and deactivation.
Establish and enforce data standards, hierarchies, and quality controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
Ensure vendor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury, and Reporting processes
Lead MDM governance processes, including data ownership, stewardship, and approval workflows.
Drive continuous improvement of master data processes to support automatio
