Job Summary
Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value customers
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions
Follow up on inquiries, pending orders, and custom jewellery bookings
Support bridal and premium clients with personalized service
Assist in handling customer complaints professionally and promptly
Update customer database accurately in CRM/software
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order processing
Encourage repeat business and referrals
Collect customer feedback and support review generation on Google

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
