Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle both chat and voice interactions with customers. The role involves resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through skilled and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and voice channels
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Provide accurate product/service information to customers
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
