Duties
Check the product specs and check raw materials on the machine accordingly
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for productive use loaded on the machine and ready to use
Set up machines to start a production cycle
Start the machine and check the product output is as per specification
Effectively monitor production quality, quantity.
Assist the technicians and materials clerk as necessary
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
Maintain a protected and clean work space as per 5S
Follow established safety rules and regulations
Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically and fix issues that might occur during the shift and issues to be reqularly reported to the Maintainance and production heads
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Manage the machine operating team




Effectively maintain activity logs for documentation purpose

Requirements:
Knowledge of mechanical tools and use of those tools
Problem solving skills of the mechanical tools and able to solve running issues of the machinery
Eduction of ITI Machine operator or line lead
0 - 1 years experience as a machine operator lead.
Leadership experience ( ability to lead the team and keep them in line of company guide lines and operations)
Problem Solving Skills: Machine operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
Attention to Detail: Machine operators will work with precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error. Keen attention to detail is required.
Analytical Skills: Machine operators will need to read and understand core problems, reporting the right issue, checking as per product specs
