Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Generate potential leads through LinkedIn, social media, online research, databases, and campaigns
Build and maintain target client lists according to business requirements
Qualify leads based on interest and business requirements
Follow up regularly with interested prospects
Update and maintain lead information in CRM or Excel sheets
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Track performance and maintain activity reports
Support marketing campaigns to improve lead conversion

Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
Confident in calling and follow-up communication
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Good understanding of social media platforms




Robust research and client identification skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven
Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any field
Prior experience in lead generation, telesales, business development, or digital marketing preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude can also apply
