Key Responsibilities
Understand and qualify leads received through various channels.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
Conduct product presentations and online/offline demonstrations.
Explain Texaavy Infotech's products and solutions in a transparent and convincing manner.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and solution details.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand and propose suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries related to products, features, integrations, and pricing.
Follow up with prospects and assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed customers.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales / Inside Sales / Business Development / Sales.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid presentation and product demonstration skills.
Positive understanding of customer requirements and business processes.
Ability to explain technical products in a simple and understandable manner.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
Basic understanding of CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
