nPolicybazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Term Insurance to lead and drive field sales operations in Kurnool . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, proven team-handling capabilities, and a track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and execution.

n Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve assigned business targets.n
Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.n
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the Term Insurance business .n
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity.n
Manage day-to-day field sales operations across the assigned territory.n
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners,



and key stakeholders.n
Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.n
Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen market penetration in the Kurnool territory.n
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve business performance.n
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.n

n Eligibility Criteria
n
n
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.n
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.n
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing Field Sales teams.n
Experience in Term Insurance / Life Insurance sales will be preferred.n
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
Good understanding of the Kurnool market and local customer landscape.n
Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.n
