n About the Role
nBackdropsource is looking for a Senior Shopify Developer with strong hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing up-to-date Shopify stores. The ideal candidate combines Shopify development, pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation, technical SEO, performance optimization, international store management, and Agentic SEO knowledge.

n Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize Shopify 2.0 themes and storefrontsn
Convert Figma designs and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify pages across desktop, tablet, and mobilen
Build up-to-date, conversion-focused UI/UX while maintaining performance and scalabilityn
Work with Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6, AJAX, JSON, Metafields, Storefront API, and Shopify APIsn
Customize themes, sections, templates, product pages, collections, carts, and other storefront componentsn
Integrate and troubleshoot Shopify Apps,



third-party APIs, payment systems, marketing tools, and analytics platformsn
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexing, canonical, redirect, and other site issuesn
Implement and validate structured data / Schema markup for products, breadcrumbs, organizations, and other relevant entitiesn
Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall storefront performancen
Manage and optimize multiple-country / international Shopify stores, including localization and Shopify Marketsn
Debug, test, and maintain stores across browsers and devicesn
Collaborate with design, SEO, marketing, and ecommerce teams to improve conversion, user experience, and organic visibilityn
