Line manage COE staff responsible for Salesforce data validation and contract executionn
Build a high-performance, process-driven team culturen
Ensure consistent execution standards across business linesn
Plan team capacity aligned with business growthn
Support onboarding and development of team membersn

n2. Contract Execution & Governance (Owner)

Own end-to-end contract execution for audits and consulting engagementsn
Ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with scope and pricingn
Oversee contract review, approvals, and escalation handlingn
Maintain consistent global contracting standardsn

n3. Salesforce Data Validation & Enforcement (Owner)

Ensure data quality and order-readiness in Salesforcen
Validate scope, pricing, service type, and contractual alignmentn
Enforce completeness and reject non-compliant submissionsn
Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truthn
